Questions about SHARED
Does “up to 10” mean ten of my devices?
No. This describes customer places on one shared server, not a ten-device limit on your account. ULTRA has no device-count limit; each device gets its own profile.
Will other customers use my account or profile?
No. Each service has its own access, and your devices have individual profiles. Sharing a server does not give other customers access to your MeduzaVPN account.
Why does SHARED cost less?
The server and its resources are shared by up to 10 customers. This lowers the price. Connection performance depends on the network, route and server load; SHARED does not promise the same resources as a separate PERSONAL server.
How do I connect?
Use MeduzaVPN with ULTRA support and add your purchased service. SHARED does not provide WireGuard, VLESS or other protocol configurations. Check ULTRA support on the device you plan to use. About ULTRA
Will my existing PERSONAL change?
No. SHARED is a separate new purchase. Your existing services, their terms and settings stay in place. You can use PERSONAL and SHARED services alongside each other.
Can I move SHARED to another location?
Choose an available SHARED location when buying. The service remains on that server; moving, restarting or reinstalling a server is not a SHARED customer control. Choose PERSONAL if those controls matter to you.
How do payment and renewal work?
Just like PERSONAL: choose the term, the number of VPNs and a payment method, then pay once or subscribe with auto-renewal. The trial is one per account for PERSONAL and SHARED together, where offered. Promo codes apply the same way as to PERSONAL. In the app, the options and the final regional price are shown before you confirm the purchase. Renewal and cancellation are in your account.
What if SHARED is not available in my chosen location?
Checkout shows the currently available servers and open places. You can choose another available location or PERSONAL. An unavailable SHARED server cannot be purchased.
