I can't connect
Check your internet without the VPN first, then try a different protocol in the app. On restrictive networks where ordinary VPNs become unstable — VLESS, Xray, Shadowsocks or Hysteria usually stay connected.
My connection feels slow
Try a server location closer to you, or switch to WireGuard for speed. Your server link runs at up to 400 Mbps, so a nearer location often helps most.
How do I manage my server or devices?

How do I get a refund?
If a personal VPN isn't right for you, contact us within 15 days of your purchase and we'll arrange a refund.
